This set consists of the only two polymer types issued by Zambia (there are other years/varieties, but only in these two types/denominations)—one each of:
Zambia 500 Kwacha, 2008, B145f, P43f, S1R3
Zambia 1000 Kwacha, 2005, B146d, P44d, S2R3
Condition
Crisp UNC uncirculated condition.
Many modern notes have a security thread that may show some bubbling, or a dimple, at the top of the note at the strip. In the printing process, when the notes are run through high speed counters, a dimple is created where the strip is on the top of the note (sometimes called a counting tick). This does not disqualify the note as UNC.
