Antique Blue Glass Bead Necklace
Antique Blue Glass Bead Necklace  A lovely antique necklace of blue and clear glass beads in various sizes, the larger beads have a checkerboard-cut design. The three round darker blue beads have what look to be sterling end caps. Looking inside the end caps they are bright silver and the exposed top is nicely aged that is why I believe they are sterling. I also think the closure is made of the same material. The closure has an intricate design- it secures by squeezing lightly on the closure which exposes a hook to place the opposite ends jump ring.  The strand is delicate but seems to be holding well with only slight stretching to the cord. A very pretty and dainty necklace.
