Vintage Argentina South American? Glass and Metal 1 Liter Seltzer Bottle

Extremely heavy, antique seltzer bottle, metal clad from somewhere in South America, possibly Argentina as I have seen others listed on eBay that are quite similar to this one and indicate that the bottle itself is from an Argentina.
It is in good shape. Everything still moves. It’s not frozen. There is a deep sort of odd green, gray, smoky colored glass inside of the metal cladding, which also has etching on it that I’m unable to read due to the metal cladding.
Others I have seen state from the 1930s. I believe this is probably from that era. Waze just under 5 pounds before packaging.
