Marked on bottom..." Made expressly for “The Cadet Mess” West Point, New York. And furnished by Nathan Straus-Duparquet Incorporated". 3” tall and 3.5” across top. No chips or cracks or crazing or staining, clean white and smooth inside including rim and outside. Shenango back stamp dates it to 1920-1940.
