    Black Satin Finish Over Brass
    comes in the original box with outer cardboard sleeve and all of the paper work.
    The inside Felt lining of the box has deteriorated, This is a common problem with this box.
    The rOtring 700 line was issued in the early 1990's and consist of 8 items.
    Four Fountain pens, two lead-holders and two ballpoint / Rollerballs.
    It was discontinued shortly after 1998, when Sanford acquired Rotring.
