Antique Sparkletts Seltzer Bar Bottle

Description

This is a vintage Sparklets soda siphon seltzer water bottle circa 1930s. It has a wire mesh covering over the bottle which is etched on the bottom, "Made in Czechoslovakia" and it also has embossed on the bottom in the glass a number perhaps “784", It stands 13 1/2" overall and on the top neck on the side there is a stamped in emblem that reads, " Sparklets Corporation New York 5D5 .The cap which covers the threaded part where a CO2 cartridge would screw onto and is secured with a runaway chain, reads, "Use One Bulb Only" . On the chromed shoulder it reads, "Sparklets Reg. U.S. Pat. Off". and on the shoulder just beneath the screw top it reads, "Do Not Fill
Above Red Line. Made IN U.S.A.". It has some appropriate wear to some of the chrome parts and great old patina to the metal mesh.
