Antique French Seltzer Cartridge Refill Apparatus w/ Cobalt Blue Siphon Bottle

Picked this up from an estate sale of an antique dealer.
Very steam punk, one of a kind show piece. The bottle label has an error, and is double stamped. No words can describe how incredible this piece is, it's an amazing piece of engineering and simply marvelous to behold.
Seltzer Apparatus and bottle untested.
I didn't attempt to clean the bottle as I don't have the proper supplies.
Bottle is 10" tall and fits snuggly inside the apparatus. The apparatus is 15" tall.
Package will be shipped with extra insurance and signature will be required upon delivery. This is due to ebay's policies.
