Antique Carnelian Molded Glass Pendant Necklace Possibly Neiger

Up for your consideration we have a beautiful antique molded glass pendant necklace . I believe European and have found several similar attributed to Neiger possibly West German or Czech. There is a small chip on the bottom of the pendant barely noticeable but there so refer to photos. Anyone with an idea of the maker would be happy to hear from you .
